New Zealand Delivery
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many of customers throughout New Zealand and elsewhere, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1) Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are arranged for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our couriers then process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
2) Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-14 business days.
Shipping Options
Shipping options are shown at checkout and will vary depending on the delivery address. Please check your spam folders if you haven't received any tracking information.
We will always try to ship the following day after your order is made. We ship Monday-Friday. Any orders made on a Fridays will be sent the following Monday. We are unable to deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
Rates
NZ Standard Shipping - $4.99 NZD
NZ Rural Standard Shipping - $12.49 NZD
Please allow up to 2-7 working days for your order to arrive within New Zealand before contacting us about a late delivery.
International Delivery
We offer a flat rate shipping to Australia nationwide for $24.99 and other international rates from $14.50. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Payment Options
On checkout you can either opt to pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay & Union Pay.)
Transactions are processed immediately and in most cases your order will be shipped the next working day. We do not deliver weekends sorry.
